27th January 2011 - Parish Council meeting, 7.30pm Abdon Village Hall.
6th March 2011 - Installation of the new red telephone box.
7th March 2011 - Flower Club.
12th March 2011 - 'Home and Away' digital slide/sound show presented by Bill and Dorothy Every and Barrie Wilson (members of te Royal Photographs Society AV Group), Abdon Village Hall.
4th April 2011 - Flower Club.
5th April - St. Margaret's PCC AGM, 7.30pm Abdon Village Hall.
16th April 2011 - Leaf raking party in the churchyard, coffee and biscuits provided.
17th April 2011 - Launch of the new red telephone box.
24th April 2011 - Easter Sunday Service, St. Margaret's Church at 11.30am.
28th April 2011 - Parish Council meeting, 7.30pm Abdon Village Hall.
3rd May 2011 - Flower Club.
14th May 2011 - Critically acclaimed folk trio Whalebone, 7.30pm Abdon Village Hall. To raise funds for Help for Heroes.
19th May 2011 - Abdon Village Hall AGM, 7.30pm Abdon Village Hall. Abdon residents only.
1st June 2011 - Abdon Village Hall Management Committee at 7.30pm.
6th June 2011 - Flower Club.
11th June 2011 - Summer Concert by the Corvedale Choir, conducted by Ros Crouch, with light refreshments in the churchyard. 7.30pm St. Margaret's Church. All proceeds to St. Margaret's Fabric Fund.
15th June 2011 - Meal to celebrate the launch of the red telephone box at the Swan Inn, Knowlesands.
2nd July 2011 - Belated Royal Wedding barbeque, 6pm Abdon Village Hall, fun and games on the field. Wedding hat competition. All proceeds to the Air Ambulance.
4th July 2011 - Flower Club.
6th July 2011 - Corvedale Group Joint PCC meeting, 7.30pm Beambridge Club Room. Speaker Mr. Poyntz, Ludlow Deanery Treasurer.

9th October 2011 - Harvest Festival Evensong, St. Margaret's Church at 6.30pm.

15th October 2011 - St. Margaret's Harvest Supper, 7.30pm Abdon Village Hall. Auction and draw during the evening.

13th November 2011 - The Corvedale and Ditton Priors Branch of the Royal British Legion annual Remembrance Day Parade at St Margaret's, Abdon at 10.15am. Standard bearers in attendance. We will welcome all those who would like to join us for this important occasion, which has not been held at Abdon since the early 1970s. Tea or coffee available after the Service. Car parking will be at Abdon Village Hall.
19th November 2011 - Shropshire Historic Churches Trust Slide Show, 7.30pm Abdon Village Hall. Ploughman's supper, tickets £6 adults £3 under 12.
24th November 2011 - Abdon Village Hall Management Committee at 7.00pm.
